Privacy Policy

Effective October 17, 2026. Applies to Casino Quest for Android and this website.

This policy explains what data Casino Quest uses, why, and how long it is kept. Casino Quest is made by One or Zero Games ("we", "us"). Contact: oneorzerogames@gmail.com.

Summary

  • You don't create an account with an email or password. The game makes an anonymous player account for you.
  • We don't collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or location.
  • The current version has no ads, no analytics and no crash reporting.
  • Your chips, settings and progress are stored on your device.
  • Payments are handled by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details.
  • We don't sell your data.

What the game sends to our server

The game works offline. It connects to our server only to register its anonymous account, collect daily chips, post and show leaderboards, and check purchases. The server stores:

DataWhyKept
A random player ID, created when the game first connects Identifies your game to our server. The game proves it with a signed token stored on your device. Until you ask us to delete it
Leaderboard name: a generated one (like "Bold Gecko 37") or one you type Shown to other players on the leaderboards Until you change it or ask us to delete it
Your device's time-zone offset from UTC (for example, UTC-5), and when it last changed Finds your local midnight for the daily chips With your player account
When your account was created and when you last collected daily chips Gives the daily chips once per day With your player account
Run results: the leaderboard, your score or time, and a random run ID Leaderboards. The run ID stops the same run being posted twice. Daily leaderboard entries: deleted automatically about 3 days later. All-time bests: until you ask us to delete them. Run IDs: deleted automatically after 30 days.
Purchases: the product, the Google Play order ID, whether it was a test purchase, when it was checked, your player ID, and a one-way hash of the purchase token Confirms each purchase with Google and delivers it exactly once As a purchase record (see Deleting your data)

When you collect daily chips, the game also tells the server whether you are out of chips (so it can reset your stack to 1,000). That flag is not stored.

Server logs and network data

Like any internet service, our server receives your IP address while it handles a request. We don't store IP addresses with your account, and we don't keep request logs. The server's error logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.

On your device

The game stores your chips, unlocks, stats, records and settings; your player ID and token; run results waiting to be posted; and one-way hashes of purchase tokens already delivered. Uninstalling the game removes all of it. The in-game Reset game option wipes your chips and progress, but keeps your player account and the purchase hashes.

Purchases

Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. When you buy, the game passes your random player ID to Google Play so the purchase can be matched to your game. Our server then sends the purchase token to Google to confirm the purchase is genuine. Google tells us the purchase's status and order ID. We never receive your name, email or payment details.

Ads, analytics and crash reporting

The current version of Casino Quest contains no advertising, analytics or crash reporting software, and does not use your device's advertising ID. If we add any, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Who sees your data

  • Other players see your leaderboard name and run results in the game's leaderboards.
  • Amazon Web Services hosts our server and database in the United States (us-east-1).
  • Google Play processes payments and confirms purchases.
  • We may disclose data if the law requires it.

We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't share it for advertising.

Security

All traffic between the game and our server is encrypted (HTTPS). Purchase tokens are stored only as one-way hashes. Access to the server and database is restricted.

Age

Casino Quest is a simulated gambling game for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used the game, contact us and we will delete the data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU or UK GDPR, or California law), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to how it is used. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We process data to provide the game you asked for, and to keep purchases secure and records accurate.

Deleting your data

  • On your device: uninstall Casino Quest. This removes everything the game stores locally, including your chips.
  • On our server: email oneorzerogames@gmail.com with the subject "Casino Quest: delete my data". Include your player ID: open Settings in the game and tap the "ID" line under your leaderboard name to copy it. We will delete your player account, leaderboard name and leaderboard entries within 30 days, and confirm by email.
  • Purchase records: we keep purchase records (product, order ID and the hash of the purchase token) for as long as we need them for refunds, fraud prevention and accounting. When your account is deleted, the record is no longer linked to your player ID.

Deleting your data does not refund purchases. Chips are stored on your device, so deleting your account does not remove chips from a game you keep installed.

iOS

Casino Quest is not yet available on iOS. App Store purchase, Apple privacy-label and App Tracking Transparency wording goes here before the iOS release.

Changes to this policy

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will say so in the game.
