Casino Quest

A retro, Game Boy-style casino escape for Android. iOS coming soon.

Android: Google Play iOS: coming soon

Simulated gambling. 18+ only. Casino Quest offers no real-money gambling and no prizes. Chips have no cash value: they can never be exchanged for money, prizes or anything of value. Success at simulated gambling does not mean success at real-money gambling.

Overview

Walk a pixel hero through a maze of slot machines while the house tries to keep you inside. Every few steps a dealer pulls you into a game: a hand of blackjack, a spin of roulette, a pull of the slots, or a bet on a ballgame or a horse race. The stakes rise the longer you stay. Find the door and you escape. Go bust and the house wins.

Modes

  • Escape: find the exit through a new maze every run, on Easy, Medium or Hard.
  • Survivor: no exit. Last 5 to 30 minutes and finish with the biggest stack you can.
  • Blitz: three minutes of back-to-back random games from a fixed 1,000-chip stack.
  • Free Play: pick any game and play at your own pace.

Games

  • Blackjack: 6 decks, dealer hits soft 17, blackjack pays 3:2, double and split.
  • European roulette: outside bets and single numbers, with the odds of every bet shown.
  • Slots: three reels and classic fruit, with the exact odds of every line on the paytable.
  • Sportsbook: simulated football, basketball, baseball and boxing.
  • Horse racing: six horses, Win and Top 3 bets.

Every result is drawn fresh. Results never depend on your chips, your purchases or your history. The in-game About screen lists the house edge of every game.

Chips, purchases and ads

  • Daily chips: +100 chips the first time you play each day (resets at your local midnight; needs an internet connection).
  • Out of chips: if you go broke, your stack is reset to 1,000 chips at midnight.
  • Free: Escape mode and the casino games in Free Play.
  • Full version (one-time purchase, US$0.99): unlocks Survivor, Blitz and the Sportsbook, plus 5,000 chips.
  • Chip packs: 10,000 chips (US$1.99), 30,000 (US$4.99), 75,000 (US$9.99) and 200,000 (US$19.99). Google Play shows the price in your currency.
  • Purchases are made only through Google Play. Chips you buy have no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.
  • Leaderboards rank how a run went, never how many chips you own, so buying chips can't buy a place on them.
  • Ads: the current version has no ads.
